Exploring the HøjSandet sand dune at Rørvig beach

White sanded beaches. I didn't really expect to find them in Denmark until we discovered the HøjSandet sand dune in Rørvig.

The dune is man made and was created to protect Rørvig from sand drift. In between the dune and the town you also find a little forest and that's a whole lot of fun to cycle and get lost in :-)
