In Hundested Carina and I found the house of Knud Rasmussen which today functions as a museum of his life.

The polar explorer from Greenland lived quite an impressive life! He documenting the ways of the indigenous people from Greenland, Northern Canada and Alaska aka the eskimo people on a daring sled adventure.

Not only his life was remarkable but also the house he lived in right by the sea. A slice of heaven...

#KnudRasmussen eternalized on a wall inside his house. This man is pretty bad-ass since he traveled on a sledge from #Greenland to #Alaska together with 2 eskimo people to document their stories, heritage and legends.
