Cross Mongolia on a horse

I got challenged to ride a horse cross country Mongolia. Riding a horse is something I never did and I'll have to make it all the way to the Chinese boarder. Pretty curious on how this is gonna turn out :-) My challenger is one of the guys that gave me a lift when I was tackling my hitchhike New Zealand challenge.
