I never played drums in my life so I have to say that I was quite nervous.
Luckily the people of the band welcomed me with a big smile and made me feel right at home.
I was invited to their final rehearsal and there I was assigned to the big drum. Such a fun instrument!
I joined the formation and had such a great time hitting that drum and basically being part of a band. Absolutely loved it. I might even keep pursuing this :-)
The day after we all met up at the main square. I got the proper uniform and I joined the band for the first song.
After that I sat back and just enjoyed their epic performance that they've been preparing for months.

After the performance we enjoyed the rest of the festival together. The streets were packed with people and there were drum shows scattered across the city.
