Tozeur bricks manufacturing in Tunisia

My second Tunisia Challenge took place around Tozeur, a desert town in the South of Tunisia.

On my first mission I had to help make the famous yellow brick of Tozeur. The bricks are hand made and used in all buildings you find in the area which gives it its distinct look.

This mission under the burning sun just filled me with awe and respect for the workers making them on a daily basis. Such hard labour!

They sure know how to start a fire in #Tunisia! I can tell you that it's extremely hot around these ovens and that the workers are keeping the fire alive the entire day. As I said.
